Landscape Maintenance – Leadhand / Skilled Labour
Responsibilities:
- Lawn and Garden maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, plant identification, tree and shrub care, fertilization
- Responsible for day to day supervision of 2-3 man crew, property route, and designated equipment.
- Delegation of duties and effective communication with crew members, supervisors and administration.
- Detailed record keeping and diligence observing safety procedures.
- Excel at customer service and at delivering customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Landscape Maintenance environment
- Horticultural certification or substantial horticultural knowledge is an asset
- Self motivated, with ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Knowledge and experience on various Ground Maintenance equipment
- Good interpersonal skills which develops respect & co-operation from co-workers
- Good work ethic, punctual and dependable
- Current First Aid certificate is an asset
- Desire to produce a high standard of workmanship in a productive manner
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills, is an effective communicator and is highly organized
- Valid “G” License and clean Driver’s abstract

Property Maintenance Crew Member – Full Time / Part Time
Responsibilities:
- Lawn and Garden maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, plant identification, tree and shrub care, fertilization
- Perform all work duties and conduct themselves in a safe and respectable manner
- Must work in a team environment and posses a professional and positive attitude
- Must be able to keep up with physical requirements and outdoor elements
- Courteous, friendly, and honest.
